Refunds

If your file is wrong, or it is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it.

We would rather remake it. If you mistyped a date, picked the wrong town, or want a different style, say so and we will send a corrected file at no charge, that usually solves the problem better than a refund does.

Why the policy is this generous

A digital file costs us nothing to reproduce, so refusing a refund would save us nothing and cost us your goodwill. A poster is usually a gift, and a gift you are uneasy about is worse than no gift at all.

How it is processed

Orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by them to your original payment method. Their processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on a statement.

Preview before you pay

You can build and view your entire poster before buying anything. The watermarked preview is the same design as the file you receive, the only differences are the watermark and the print-ready format. Please do check the spelling of your wording and the date before paying.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country, including any right to withdraw from a digital purchase.
